Lesnoblesremedes provides technical troubleshooting, leak detection, pressure testing, and structural remediation for machinery that handles noble gases such as helium, argon, and neon. Our work is limited to industrial gas systems in corporate manufacturing facilities. We do not provide consulting outside this scope, and we do not guarantee outcomes that depend on factors beyond our control, such as operator behavior or unapproved modifications to the equipment.
The client must provide safe access to the equipment, accurate process documentation, and a designated contact who can authorize shutdowns or isolations. The client is responsible for ensuring that the work area meets local safety regulations and that all personnel on site follow the plant's permit-to-work procedures. Any information supplied by the client about the gas system must be current and complete at the time of the assessment.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service delivered for the affected system. We are not liable for indirect losses, production downtime beyond the agreed repair window, or damage caused by third-party components that we did not install or specify. We do not accept responsibility for issues that arise from normal wear, corrosion, or improper use of the equipment after our work is completed.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party fails to meet the obligations described in the service agreement. If the client terminates a scheduled visit less than five working days before the start date, a cancellation fee may apply to cover reserved resources. We may suspend work immediately if site conditions pose a safety risk to our personnel.
We may update these terms when our service scope, safety procedures, or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published on this page, and the date of the last revision will be noted at the top of the document. Continued use of our services after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
