Clarifications and conditions of engagement
Diagnostic scopeOur assessment covers machinery and piping that handle noble gases, including helium, argon, neon, krypton, and xenon. We do not evaluate combustion systems, fuel lines, or any equipment outside the gas delivery loop.
Site accessAt least one engineer with plant access must accompany our team during the initial survey. We require a current piping and instrumentation diagram for the gas system before the first visit; without it, the diagnostic window extends by one working day.
Data handlingProcess parameters, gas consumption logs, and equipment history shared during the engagement stay within the project file. We do not disclose plant-specific figures in case studies or reports unless written approval is given.
Remediation limitsWe identify the root cause and specify the structural remedy. Replacement parts, valve swaps, and re-torquing are performed by your maintenance crew or by our team under a separate work order. The diagnostic report does not include installation labor.
Purity verificationGas purity readings are taken at the point of use, not at the storage bank. If the plant operates multiple distribution branches, each branch is sampled separately; results are listed per branch in the final report.
Report deliveryThe written findings are delivered within five working days after the site visit. The report includes the fault description, contributing factors, and a prioritized action list. A follow-up call to walk through the findings is included.
